摘要
针对决策者对方案偏好信息以判断矩阵形式给出的多属性群决策问题,定义了一种新的判断矩阵,即直觉三角模糊数判断矩阵。研究了该判断矩阵的一些性质,利用直觉三角模糊数的算术平均算子和加权混合算子给出了一种多属性群决策方法,并将其应用到武器装备研制项目技术风险决策中。
According to the multiple attribute group decision making problem in which the on preference of decision makers is given by judgment matrix, this paper defines a new ju information dgment matrix--the intuitionistic triangular fuzzy number judgment matrix. Studying on some of its characteristics, it gives a kind of multiple attribute group decision making method based on the arithmetic operator and weighted hybrid operator of the intuitionistic triangular fuzzy number, and applies it to the technical risk for weapon system development decision.
