摘要
采用液压折腰转向原理对自走式施肥喷药机进行了设计研究。该机1次可完成喷药12行,施肥3行;整机体积小,转弯半径小,操作方便,保养维修简单安全。整机结构配置新颖独特,使用高地隙喷药施肥通用底盘、全液压喷药系统控制和机电一体化施肥装置。驱动轮设计为前后两轮并排驱动方式,使其对土壤附着力加大,从而增加牵引力。
It has articulated hydraulic steering the principle of the fertilizer plants machine walkwheat design research. This machine can eliminate a finish line 12, fertilizing, 3 lines, the small size, small in turning radius, convenient oper- ation, easy maintenance safety. Whole structure configuration novel and distinctive, use highland gap fertilizer plants, full hydraulic chassis general eliminate system control, electromechanical integration fertilization device. The drive wheels for around two wheel design side by side, make its way to drive on soil adhesion, increase the increase traction.
