摘要
以某款滚筒洗衣机为研究对象,在分析了滚筒洗衣机振动机理的基础上,运用AN-SYS软件对洗衣机箱体进行模态分析。根据分析结果,提出了经济适用的提高洗衣机箱体刚度的优化方案。结果表明,该方案有效降低了洗衣机的振动,提高了洗衣机的整体性能。
The vibration of rolling washing machine has an influence on the overall performance. This paper takes a certain rolling washing machine as object of study, firstly the modal analysis is done for the cabinet of the washing machine with ansys software after analyzing the vibration mechanism. Then the economical optimization scheme which can improve the rigidity of the cabinet of the washing machine is brought forward based on the results of analysis. By the analysis, this optimization scheme effectively reduces the vibration of rolling washing machine and enhances the overall performance.
