摘要
哈尔滨湿地是我国面积最大的多样性城市河流湿地,生态环境良好,湿地类型较多,生物资源丰富,具有良好的湿地开发的基础和前景。但是由于哈尔滨湿地旅游开发还处于起步阶段,在湿地的利用与保护方面还存在诸如水污染严重、开发过度、旅游设施落后、缺乏专业人才等问题。只有保证湿地水源,以保护为前提开发,控制污染,培养引进专业人才,才能实现湿地旅游开发与生态环境保护的协调发展。
Wetland in Harbin is the biggest and original ecological river wetland in China.It is characterized by good ecological environment,diversified types and abundant living creatures,which has good developing foundation and mining prospect.However,there are still problems existing in the protection and utilization of the wetland because the wetland development is still in primary stage.In this paper,the author analyzed the development for wetland tourism in the city of Harbin using the SWOT analytical method and puts forward related countermeasures.
