摘要
对湖南、河南、河北、陕西、黑龙江五省18个自然村的部分农村空巢老人进行的问卷调研结果显示,我国农村空巢老人面临的主要问题有:经济拮据,缺乏满足感;起居无依,缺乏依赖感;情感孤独,缺乏快乐感;缺医少药,缺乏健康感。在此基础上,从个人、家庭、社会等视角审视了我国农村空巢老人问题产生的主要原因,即农村家庭养老功能逐渐弱化,自我和社会养老能力不够理想,农村医疗保障制度不够完善,农村老人文体娱乐活动不够丰富等。其观点和结论可为进一步解决我国农村空巢老人问题提供理论上的新视角和实践上的新路径。
The survey is made on the basis of questionnaire investigation in part of the elderly of rural empty -nest family in 18 villages of Hunan, Henan, Hebei, Shanxi and Heilongjiang provinces. The survey results show the main problems that the elderly of rural empty - nest family face at present are that they live in penury with deficient gratification, lack daily care with insufficient dependence, feel seriously lonely with inadequate happiness and lack medical services with unsatisfactory health etc. Based on this, this paper analyzes the main reasons for the problems of the elderly of rural empty - nest family from three angles of individual, family and society, that is, the endowment function of rural family is gradually weakening, the ability of peasant self and society supporting is not ideal, the rural medical security system is not perfect, and entertainment activities of the rural elderly are not rich, etc. Its view and conclusion can further provide a new angle in theory and a new path in practice for resolving the problems of the elderly of rural empty - nest family.
