摘要
以设备房加固工程为背景,采用有限元软件MIDAS/CIVIL采用板梁单元法建立空间模型,对最不利荷载作用下的挠度值、应力值进行了计算,得出相应的理论值,并与实测值进行比较,评估其结构的安全性。结果表明:该楼层在试验荷载作用下的最大挠度值均小于设计值和规范规定值,应力值均未超过材料的屈服强度,并具有一定的应力安全储备,加固后2楼机房在原有机柜不变的基础上能够承载另外5台机器。
Strengthening works to the equipment room as engineering background, by using special fi- nite element software bridge MIDAS/CIVIL establishment of a spatial model by plate beam element method. Calculate the most unfavorable condition of the deflection, stress, assess its structural safety. The results show that: the floor of the test load the maximum deflection values are less than the de- sign values and norms specified value, the stress value did not exceed the material yield strength, and stress has a certain safety margin, reinforced on the second floor room in the original based on the same rack capable of carrying five other machines.
