摘要
目的观察中药对膝骨性关节炎患者关节滑液及血清中透明质酸含量的影响,探究中药防治骨关节炎的现代机制。方法自2006年6月～2008年6月就诊的膝骨性关节炎患者,选取其中30名肝肾亏虚型膝骨关节炎患者为治疗组,治疗前进行滑液及血清透明质酸浓度的检测,服用补肾中药独活寄生汤加减1个月后测血清透明质酸浓度,并监测半年及1年后透明质酸的浓度,把不同阶段检测的数据与20例正常组所得数据进行比较分析。结果治疗前OA患者的血清HA浓度明显升高,滑液中HA浓度减低,与正常组相比P<0.01;治疗组的血清和滑液HA浓度与治疗前比较均P<0.01,血清中的浓度减低,而滑液中的浓度出现了较明显的提高。结论中医补肾法能提高膝关节透明质酸的水平,同时降解血清中透明质酸,从而达到保护关节软骨延缓软骨退变的重要作用。
Objective To observe the effect of Kidney-Reinforcing therapy on patients with osteoarthritis of knee joint synovial fluid and serum hyaluronic acid level in research of influence, traditional Chinese medicine for prevention and treatment of osteoarthritis of the modern mechanism. Methods From 2006 June to 2008 June in Nan chang Hong du Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of patients with knee osteoarthritis, select one of 30 Gan-shen deficiency patients with knee osteoarthritis, first before treatment for synovial fluid and serum hyaluronic acid concentration detection, taking medicine Du huo ji sheng decoction after one month, detected in half a year and after one year follow-up testing hyaluronic acid concentration, the different stages of testing data and from 20 normal cases obtained normal data for comparative analysis, in order to observe its changes. Results Before the treatment of OA patients with serum HA concentrations were significantly elevated in synovial fluid, to find reduced compared with the normal group P〈0.01, the treatment group in the serum and synovial fluid concentrations of HA compared with before treatment P〈0.01, the concentration in serum and synovial fluid concentrations in the lower, appeared obvious improvement.Conclusion Kidney-Reinforcing therapy of traditional Chinese medicine can mobilize endogenous hyaluronan, improves knee hyaluronic acid levels, while the degradation of serum hyaluronic acid concentration, and can keep the concentration of hyaluronic acid in lasting effect, so as to achieve the protection of joint cartilage to retard the prominent function of cartilage degeneration.
