摘要
目的探讨腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤切除术患者手术前后护理的有效方法。方法将在东莞市常平人民医院行子宫肌瘤全切除术的115例患者随机分为两组。干预组施行科学全面的的术前术后护理,对照组患者仅进行常规护理。结果术后随访3个月,两组患者肛门排气时间、术后住院时间采用t检验,结果显示差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),干预组患者并发症发生率明显低于对照组。结论科学全面的围术期护理在腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤切除术中至关重要,能有效提高手术成功率,促进患者早日康复。
Objective To discuss the effective method of rehabilitation nursing in the patients after Laparoscopic myomectomy.Methods 115 cases of Laparoscopic myomectomy were randomLy divided into intervention and control groups,the intervention group underwent Scientific and comprehensive care while the control groups just got the Routine care .Results All of the patients were followed up for 3 months after the operation, t-test results shows that two groups of patients have statistically significant difference in flatus, postoperative hospital stay （P 〈 0.05）, The incidence of complications in intervention group was significantly lower than control group.Conclusion Scientific and comprehensive nursing care is crucial for the patient who has just underwent the in laparoscopic myomectomy, it could effectively improve the operation success rate and make earlier recovery.
