摘要
目的观察长期接触二硫化碳(CS2)的工人的周围神经系统情况,以及时诊断和治疗,为进行有效的职业病防护提出客观依据。方法对157例CS2接触者测定正中神经感觉传导速度和末稍潜伏期,腓肠神经感觉传导速度及胫后神经末稍潜伏期,神经传导速度用SPSS15.0统计软件分析。结果长期接触CS2的工人所测定的周围神经感觉传导速度减慢,末稍潜伏期延长,与正常值比较有极显著差异(P<0.001)。结论长期接触CS2对周围神经有明显损害,其中以正中神经感觉传导速度最敏感,可作为首选检测指标。
Objective Observe long-term contact carbon disulfide workers peripheral nervous system,and the diagnosis and treatment,and for effective occupational-disease-prevention propose objective basis.Methods 157 cases of carbon disulfide contact the center of the determination of the nerve conduction velocity and endings feel the incubation period, sural nerve sensory conduction speed and posterior tibial nerve endings the incubation period, nerve conduction velocity SPSS15.0 with statistical software analysis.Results The result of the long-term contact with CS2 workers determination of the peripheral nerve conduction velocity slows feeling, not a little incubation period extended, compared with normal have very significant difference (P〈0.001).Conclusion Chronic exposure to peripheral nerve have obvious CS2, of which the median nerve conduction velocity feel the most sensitive, but as a preferred test index.
