摘要
本文重新梳理了孙中山的地方自治思想在1912年前后一段历史时期的形成、变化、发展的过程。孙中山以县自治为基础的地方自治思想,是其民权主义和革命程序论中非常重要的一部分,对于中国结束封建君主专制之后如何走向民主共和政体提供了启发式的思路。
In view of the original intention to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the Revolution of 1911, this article reviews the formation of local self - government ideology of Sun Yat - sen in 1912. The basis of local self - government ideology is the coun- ty as units of self - government. The local self - government ideology is a core part of Sun Yat - sen＇s Democracy and revolution program. It provided heuristic ideas for the establishment of a democratic republic of China after the end of the feudal Monarchy.
