摘要
开展环境友好型农业施肥技术补贴是有效控制农业面源污染的手段之一。为此,首先对发达国家环境友好型施肥技术补贴政策进行了评述;其次,对我国现行的环境友好型施肥技术补贴政策做了系统梳理,认为我国现行的环境友好型施肥技术补贴体系还亟待完善;最后,提出了推进我国环境友好型施肥技术补贴的建议,既宣传培训、建立健全补贴体系和加强市场建设。
The fertilizer subsidy of environment-friendly agriculture is the one of effective means the agricultural non-point pollution was controlled.Firstly,the paper is to reviews the subsidy policy of the environment-friendly agriculture fertilizer.Secondly,to sum up the fertilizer subsidy policy of environment-friendly agriculture in China and thinking of the fertilizer subsidy system of environment-friendly agriculture needs improvement soon.Finally,to put forward three items of policy recommendation：there are 1） to carry out publicity and training;2） to improve the existing policy： 3） to strength market.
