三柱塞式生物质燃料成型机理论及实验研究 被引量:3

摘要 针对目前国内外生物质原料种类多、生产效率低、生产成本高、设备振动剧烈及部件磨损严重等问题,利用虚拟样机技术,结合理论和实验研究,研发了采用互成120°的3组曲柄—连杆—柱塞机构的三柱塞式生物质成型机。研究结果表明,三柱塞式生物质成型机的生产效率比传统两柱塞式成型机提高了近50%,成本降低了33%,成型率可达到99%,寿命增加了近两倍。该机具有对原料适应性强、生产效率高、产品成本低及运行平稳等特点,是特别适合广大农民使用的新型多功能压缩成型机,目前已被正式选入辽宁省农机购置补贴目录。 Combined with research on theory and experiment,using Virtual Prototyping Technology,biomass fuel molding equipment with three bar pistons had been designed and developed to solve the problem of various biomass raw materials,low production efficiency,expensive cost and excessive vibration and heavy wear of equipment,all of which is belonged to traditional equipment.The research result shows,the efficiency of biomass fuel molding equipment with three bar pistons is enhanced by 1.5 times,the cost is reduced by 33% and the ratio of briquetting reach to 99%,also the life increase two times.Biomass fuel molding equipment with three bar pistons has the following properties: high adaptability to various raw material,high production efficiency,low cost and smooth running,et al.Obviously,Biomass fuel molding equipment with three bar pistons is very fit to the great majority farmers.
