摘要
在分析31个省级公共图书馆网站的特色服务现状的基础上,经过调查结果深入剖析提出思想观念更新、特色数据库建设、个性化服务和一线服务等改进建议,以促进网上特色服务工作的发展。
The article bases on the investigation and research of 31 provincial public libraries of characteristic service,this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the survey results and puts forward a number of recommendations for improvement to develop university library service.
