摘要
本文基于政府竞争的视角,利用中国分税制后15年的相关面板数据,探讨了生产性基础设施投入对地区市场一体化的影响。结果发现,生产性基础设施投入对市场一体化程度有较为显著的影响,而GDP的提高,会促使市场更趋于多样化。在同一区域内,且地理位置上相邻的两省,若两者间在经济发展水平和产业结构上不具有竞争性,通常这两省间在生产性基础设施投入上不存在相互影响。若两省间经济发展水平具有相似性,则会产生较强的政治竞争性,省份之间在生产性基础设施投入上会存在相互影响。
With theoretical and empirical studies on the 15 years panel data after the tax-sharing system implementation, this paper probes into the effect on productive infrastructure expenditure with regional market integration from the perspective of regional competition. The result shows that, the productive infrastructure investment has a comparatively significant effect to the market integration. The improvement of GDP tends to lead more market diversification. In the same region the two provinces adjacent geographically do not affect each other; s productive infrastructure investment if their economic development level and industrial structure are not competitive. However, if they rank in the similar economic development level, strong political competition and mutual impact will be generated.
