摘要
目的:通过与单纯口服美多巴对照来评价100Hz电针治疗帕金森病对UPDRS评分的影响。方法:将60例确诊为帕金森病的患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例,同时服用美多巴,1次125mg,1日4次,治疗组在口服美多巴的基础上加用100Hz电针治疗。分别于治疗前、治疗后1个月、3个月和6个月回访时进行UPDRS评分,根据URDRS评分对其症状改善情况进行评价。结果:组内比较,治疗组在疗后1个月的评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但在疗后3个月及6个月回访时均有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01);对照组在疗后1个月、3个月及6个月回访时的差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。组间比较,治疗组和对照组在治疗1个月、3个月、6个月回访时组间评分比较均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:100Hz电针加口服美多巴治疗帕金森病在UPDRS评分上明显优于对照组。
Objective ：To evaluate the effect on UPDRS marks by using 100Hz electric acupuncture for Parkinson dis- ease when comparing with mere Madopar treatment. Method：Sixty Parkinson patients were randomly divided into treat- ment group and comparing group, each group contained thirty patients. They all took madopar four times a day and 125 mg for each time. In addition,treatment group undertook 100Hz electric acupuncture as auxiliary treatment. The observation was respectively made at pre -treatment, one month, two months and six months after the treatment. Result：For the intra group comparison in treatment group, it showed statistically insignificance （P 〉 0.05 ）for one month treatment while three months and six months after treatment showed statistically significance （P 〈 0.05, P 〈 0.01 ）. On the other hand, compari- son group had statistically significance（ P 〈 0.01 ）for all three observation periods. Hence, treatment group demonstrated relatively statistical significance （P 〈 0.01 ）than comparison group on treatment of one month, three months and six months respectively. Conclusion：Madopar with 100Hz electric acupuncture treatment has higher UPDRS marks than comparison group for Parkinson disease.
