摘要
从传统医学的角度:中医理论对肺纤维化的认识是基于肺气虚的病理基础之上,通过分析补肺汤的药物配伍及功效,认为其治疗肺纤维化可行;从现代研究的角度:由医学对肺纤维化的认识入手,研究发现补肺汤可阻断肺纤维化过程中多个发生机制。故补肺汤治疗肺纤维化将是中医中药治疗该病的重要补充,亦值得继续深入研究。
From the perspective of traditional medicine ： understanding of traditional Chinese medicine theory of pul- monary fibrosis is based on the pathological basis of lung Qi - deficiency, the treatment of pulmonary fibrosis is feasible by analyzing drug compatibility and efficacy of Bifei Decoction. Start from the perspective of modern research ： the study found that Bifei Decoction can block pulmonary fibrosis by more than one mechanisms. Bifei Decoction treating pulmonary fibro- sis is an important supplement for traditional Chinese medicine treatment of the disease, it is worth to be deeply studied.
