摘要
研究了熟料中的方镁石(MgO)与外掺轻烧MgO膨胀剂(MEA)对水泥浆体变形性能的影响。结果表明:熟料中含4%~5%MgO的水泥浆体的膨胀速率较慢,膨胀量较小,膨胀达到稳定的时间较长;轻烧MEA中的MgO水化速度较快,90 d后膨胀值基本趋于稳定,膨胀量较大;可以通过调节轻烧MgO的掺量来控制水泥浆体的膨胀量。
Influences of periclase contained in cement clinker and lightly burnt MgO-based expansive agent(MEA)on the expansion of cement pastes were investigated.Results showed that,in comparison to the cement pastes incorporating MEA,for the same dosage of MgO,the cement pastes prepared by using cement containing 4%-5% periclase exhibited slower expansion rate and lower ultimate expansion during the test ages.The hydration of MgO contained in MEA was fast and contributed to rapid and large expansion at early age.At 90d,the expansion curves of cement pastes containing MEA leveled off.The expansion of cement pastes could be controlled easily by adjusting the addition of MEA.
