摘要
对粉煤灰陶粒的X-ray图谱进行了分析,其主要成分为莫来石和石英。测定了粉煤灰陶粒的颗粒级配、堆积密度、表观密度、孔隙率和吸水率等基本物理性能。以目标孔隙率为30%,进行粉煤灰陶粒无砂多孔混凝土的配合比设计计算。随着水灰比增加,水泥用量的减小,粉煤灰陶粒无砂多孔混凝土的孔隙率减小,抗压强度增大。配制的粉煤灰陶粒无砂多孔混凝土的孔隙率均大于30%,满足植物生长的基材的需要。
The main contains of fly-ash ceramisite was mullite and quartz by X-ray anaslysis.The grade of grains,the bulk unit weight,the specific gravity,the void ratio and the water-absorbity of fly-ash ceramisite had been measeured.The mix-ratio of no-fines and porous fly-ash ceramisite concrete had been designed according to the void ratio of 30%.With the increasing of water-cement ratio,and the decreasing of cement dosage,the void ration of the no-fines and porous fly-ash ceramisite concrete decreased,and its compressive strength increased.All the void ration of the designed no-fines and porous fly-ash ceramisite concrete was more than 30%,it met the demands of the basis of planting.
