摘要
介绍一起双回输电线路故障过程及检查情况,分析认为跨线路相间不接地引起线路保护装置量测不准、动作逻辑不正确是导致双回输电线路故障的主要原因,并提出有针对性的建议。
This paper introduces double circuit transmission line fault and examination processs, analyzes transmission line cross line fault reason, and considers that cross line phase grounding failure causes the fault line protection device for measuring, incorreet action logic the, and puts forward anti-accident measures suggestions.
