Trend and inspiration of international practice of intelligent water network

摘要 水网工程是针对"自然—社会"二元水循环过程实施调控的客观基础。随着信息化和数字化计划的发展,许多国家将建设"智能水网"作为治水实践的重要抓手,一些高新技术企业也都致力于研发"智能水网"技术。美国、澳大利亚、以色列和韩国等国家积极规划和建设集水资源配置工程与信息化调控管理为一体的国家和区域的"智能水网"工程建设,着力研发水情监控与模拟、用水精细化量测、供水自动化控制、水处理等"智能水网"技术,这些国际的实践探索对于我国"智能水网"工程的建设具有重要的借鉴意义。 Intelligent water network is the base for regulating dualistic water cycle of nature-society. Along with development of informatization and digital planning, intelligent water network is used by many countries as one of the key approaches in water management. Some high-tech enterprises are engaging in research and development of the technology. National and regional intelligent water networks that integrated with water allocation and computer control systems have been planned and developed in the countries of U.S., Australia, Israel and Korea. Their focuses are placed on intelligent water network technologies for water condition monitoring and control, simulation, preeised measuring of water use, automatic control of water supply and treatment. Their practices are of reference value to the construction of intelligent water network project in China.
