摘要
近年,作为一种能够延续水利建设文脉、能够为现代水利建设提供借鉴且仍在发挥效益的文化遗产,在用古代水利工程与水利遗产的保护与利用工作逐渐得到各级水行政主管部门的重视。主要依据各地提交的在用古代水利工程与水利遗产函调调查表,结合实地考察与文献研究等,对在用古代水利工程与水利遗产的保存、利用与管理现状进行了调研,对其面临的主要问题与影响因素进行了总结分析,并提出相应的建议,以期为今后水文化遗产保护与利用工作的开展提供启迪。
Conservation and utilization of ancient waterworks and heritage has attracted high attention of the water administrative department, as these structures can represent the history of water development and are good examples for modern waterworks construction. In addition they are still generating benefits. According to the tables collected from general survey of ancient waterworks and heritage, field investigation and documentary studies, main issues and influential factors are reviewed and summarized. Suggestions are made for future protection and utilization of ancient waterworks and water cultural heritage.
