十二指肠残端瘘12例诊治分析

摘要 十二指肠残端瘘是Billroth—II式胃大部分切除术后早期最严重的并发症之一，发生率为1％-4％，多发生于术后3～6d。一旦发生该并发症，处理颇为棘手，病死率较高。随着诊疗水平的不断进步，十二指肠残端瘘的病死率有所下降，但仍徘徊在5％左右。
