摘要
随着我国高等教育体制的深化改革,高校在跃进式发展的同时面临着日趋复杂的外部经济环境,如何在新形势下确保高校在改革创新之路上防范风险,科学发展是极为紧迫需要解决的问题。本文通过探讨高等学校内部控制体系的构成要素,以及目前存在的主要问题,阐述如何通过加强完善内部控制体系建设以提高高校科学化管理水平,充分发挥内控体系在高校发展过程中的监督控制职能和作用,从而达到推动高等教育事业健康发展的目的。
With the deepening reform of China＇s higher education system, the colleges and universities have a leap-forward development at the same time are facing the increasing complex external economic environment, so how to guard against risks in the road of reform and innovation and achieve scientific development is extremely urgent problem to be solved. This paper explored elements of the internal control system in colleges and universities and the main problems, described how to improve the level of scientific management, give full play to the supervision and control functions of the internal control system in colleges and universities in the development process by strengthening the internal control system, so as to promote the healthy development of higher education.
