摘要
结合我国高等学校卓越工程师培养计划的落实和推进,对影响卓越工程师培养计划落实的两个重要因素师资队伍及实训平台建设进行探索及改革,提出师资队伍和实训平台建设的构想,以提高高等学校课程实践教学水平,为将卓越工程师培养计划落到实处提供参考。
Combining with the implementation and promotion of training plan of excellent engineers in university, this paper made exploration and reform for the construction of teachers team and training platform which are the two important factors for the implementation of excellent engineer cultivation plan, and proposed the construction idea, in order to raise the level of practice teaching in colleges and universities and provide reference for playing the excellent engineer cultivation plan into effect.
