子宫角妊娠诊治特点探讨 被引量：3

摘要 目的:探讨子宫角妊娠的诊治特点。方法:对该院27例子宫角妊娠的临床诊治经过作回顾性分析。结果:27例子宫角妊娠患者中,1例患者行期待治疗治愈,2例行化学治疗,其中1例全身化疗治愈,1例行子宫动脉灌注栓塞化疗失败改行腹腔镜手术。3例休克患者行急诊剖腹探查术,4例患者择期行剖腹手术,18例行腹腔镜手术,其中1例腹腔镜检查确诊后在腹腔镜监视下清宫术。1例行腹腔镜检查后中转开腹手术。全部手术病例手术顺利。结论:子宫角妊娠的治疗方案应个体化,腹腔镜技术的广泛应用提高了子宫角妊娠的早期诊治能力。
