摘要
目的:探讨绝经后子宫内膜病变情况。方法:对2007年1月～2012年3月间来该院妇产科健康体检,B超发现子宫内膜异常改变的320例患者的子宫内膜病变情况进行调查分析。结果:子宫息肉在无症状患者中发生比例明显高于阴道出血患者,而子宫内膜癌在阴道出血患者中的发生比例明显高于对照组患者,差异具有明显的统计学意义(P<0.01),宫内膜厚度<4 mm的患者单纯性增生、复杂性增生例数均明显高于子宫内膜厚度≥4 mm的患者,而子宫内膜息肉、子宫黏膜下肌瘤、子宫内膜癌例数则明显低于子宫内膜厚度≥4 mm的患者,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:绝经后无症状子宫内膜病变患者病理以子宫内膜良性病变为主,对于子宫内膜≤4 mm并且伴有阴道出血的患者应当进行病理诊断。
Objective： To explore the endometrial lesions after menopause. Methods： The endometrial lesions of 320 patients who received physical examination and were found with abnormal change of endometrium by uhrasonography in the hospital from January 2007 to March 2012 were investigated and analyzed. Results： The incidence of uterine polyp in asymptomatic patients was statistically significantly higher than that in patients with vaginal bleeding, but the incidence of endometrial cancer in patients with vaginal bleeding was statistically significantly higher than that in control group （ P 〈 0. 0l ） , the incidences of simple hyperplasia and complex hyperplasia in patients with the thickness of endometrium 〈4 mm were statistically significantly higher than those in patients with the thickness of endometrium≥4 mm, but the incidences of endometrial polyp, submucosal uterine myoma, and endometrial cancer in patients with the thickness of endometrium 〈 4 mm were statistically significantly lower than those in patients with the thickness of endometrium≥4 mm （P 〈 0. 01 ） . Conclusion： The pathological change of postmenopausal patients with asymptomatic endometrial lesions was mainly endometrial benign lesion, pathological diagnosis should be conducted in the patients with the thickness of endometrium 〈 4 mm combined with vaginal bleeding.
