考虑叶片顶部间隙影响时的增压锅炉燃气轮机多叶栅CFD分析

摘要 以标准κ-ε双方程湍流模型和耦合显式求解器为基础,结合壁面函数法并应用"混合平面模型"传递级间参数,在考虑动叶顶部间隙情况下,对三维雷诺平均守恒Navier-Stokes方程进行求解,计算得到了某船用增压锅炉涡轮增压机组燃气轮机级叶栅内部三维湍流流动模拟结果,分析了动叶顶部间隙流动的表现形式,从气流角、压力、温度和马赫数的变化规律,得到顶部间隙的泄漏流动对动叶顶部流场影响较大的结论,其结果对于燃气轮机叶栅气动特性优化设计和该装备科学管理具有一定的参考价值。 Based on a standard κ-ε dual- equation turbulent flow model and coupled implicit sol- ver, a wall function method was employed to closure the Reynolds averaged N - S equation. The mix- ing plane method was adopted to tranfer parameters between rotor and stator cascades. By way of sol- ving a three - dimensional viscous and compressible Reynolds Navier - Stokes equation at the condi- tions of considering the tip clearance, a numerical simulation result is obtained in gas turbine stage cascade flow field for Supercharged Marine Boiler. The formation and development of tip clearance flow is analysised, and Deprived from change law of some parameters, such as pressure, tempreture, as well as flow angle and Ma, a conalusion is obtained that leak flow in tip clearance has much im- pact on top folw field. The results can provide guidelines for aerodynamic optimization design of the gas turbine stage cascade and the scientific management of this kind of set.
