摘要
针对高层住宅的特点,从管理和技术层面分析了我国高层住宅太阳能热水应用中存在的问题;提出太阳能热水系统整合设计要点及设计原则,并对目前高层住宅太阳能热水系统常用的4种形式进行比较研究,提出了高层住宅太阳能热水系统整合设计应重点关注的几个因素,认为在目前环境下,房地产商开发的高层住宅太阳能热水系统的方案选型应为屋顶紧凑式、分体壁挂式或集中-分散供热水系统的一种或几种组合,并以烟台楚凤花园小区为例加以分析,展望了高层住宅太阳能热水系统的发展前景。
The solar water heating system utilized in high-rise buildings is analyzed on management and technology based on features of the high-rise.The integral design method and principles are proposed for the solar heating systems.Four types of common solar systems are compared,concluding several factors,which shall be focused for integration.Currently,the real estate companies can select the solar hot water systems collecting on the roof,or the split-wall-mounted systems,or collective-individual hot water supply systems,or combining the systems.Yantai Chu Feng Garden District is expounded with prospect of solar water heating system.
