溶酶体蛋白酶cathepsin L在阿尔茨海默病模型大鼠海马组织中的表达及意义 被引量:1

摘要 目的观察阿尔茨海默病(AD)大鼠海马组织中溶酶体蛋白酶cathepsin L的表达。方法采用Aβ-淀粉样肽(Aβ)大鼠海马注射制作AD动物模型。用免疫荧光染色和Western印迹法检测大鼠海马组织cathepsin L的表达。结果 Aβ海马内灌注造成Aβ沉积的AD模型在行为学和病理改变上一定程度地模拟了AD。AD大鼠海马区cathepsin L蛋白表达与正常组大鼠相比显著升高,cathepsin L蛋白荧光检测发现AD大鼠海马区cathepsin L阳性神经元数量明显增加。结论在AD大鼠海马组织中cathepsin L表达升高。
