Role of subjective global assessment and nutritional risk screening tool 2002 in evaluating nutritional status of inpatients with tumor undergoing radiotherapy

摘要 目的探讨主观综合评价法(SGA)和营养风险筛查工具2002(NRS-2002)评估放疗肿瘤患者营养状况的价值。方法住院放疗肿瘤患者102例,分别用SGA、NRS-2002和传统单项营养指标评价方法评估营养状况,分析不同营养评价方法与营养指标间的相关性。结果 SGA和NRS-2002评估营养状况的适用性为93.1%,患者营养不良和营养风险的发生率分别为36.8%和50.5%。消化系统肿瘤患者营养不良和营养风险的发生率明显高于非消化系统肿瘤患者(P<0.05)。SGA和NRS-2002评价结果与传统单项营养评价指标间均显著相关(P<0.05)。结论住院放疗肿瘤患者营养不良和营养风险的发生率较高;SGA和NRS-2002适用于住院放疗肿瘤患者营养状况评价。 Objective To investigate the role of subjective global assessment (SC-A) and nutritional risk screening tool 2002 (NRS-2002) in evaluating nutritional status of inpatients with tumor undergoing radiotherapy. Methods The nutritional status was evaluated by SGA, NRS-2002 and conventional nutritional indicators, respectively, in 102 inpatients with tumor undergoing radiotherapy. The association in the results from SGA and NRS-2002 with those from conventional nutritional indicators was analyzed. Results The adaptability of nutrition evaluation of SGA and NRS-2002 was 93. 1%~ with a nutritional deficiency rate of 36.8% and nutritional risk occurrence rate of 50. 5%. The incidence rates of nutritional deficiency and risk were significantly higher in the cases with gastrointestinal tumors undergoing radiotherapy than those with non-gastrointestinal tumors (P〈0. 05). The results from SGA and NRS-2002 were closely correlated with those from conventional nutritional indicators(P〈0. 05). Conclusion The incidence rates of nutritional deficiency and risk are higher in the patients with tumor undergoing radiotherapy. SGA and NRS-2002 are suitable in evaluating nutritional status of inpatients with tumor undergoing radiotherapy.
