摘要
目的:评估口服替吉奥联合同步三维适型放疗治疗局部进展期胰腺癌的疗效和安全性。方法:2009年10月-2010年8月我科收治21例局部晚期胰腺癌患者,采用口服替吉奥联合同步三维适型放疗方案治疗。替吉奥在放疗开始的第1天口服,剂量为80mg/(m2.d),连服14天,21天1个周期。放射治疗剂量为48Gy,6Gy/d,每周3次。维持替吉奥口服治疗至放疗结束后4周,评价治疗疗效及毒副反应。结果:全部21例患者均完成同步放化疗。治疗总有效率47.6%(10/21),疼痛缓解率81.0%(17/21),不良反应均能耐受。结论:口服替吉奥同步三维适型放疗方案治疗局部进展期胰腺癌在近期疗效、疼痛缓解及生活质量方面显示出优势,且毒副反应的耐受性良好。替吉奥可作为局部晚期胰腺癌患者同步放化疗的安全选择。
Objective：To evaluate the efficacy and toxicity of S-1 combined with three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy（3DCRT） on the local advanced pancreatic carcinoma（LAPC）.Methods： Twenty one patients with local advanced pancreatic carcinoma enrolled in this study.These patients were treated by 3DCRT combined with S^-1.S^-1 was administered orally concurrent with radiotherapy at a dose of 80mg/（m^2·d） for 14 days,followed by 1 week rest.All the cases were treated to a total dose of 48Gy（6Gy/f,3f/w）.Tumor response was assessed at the end of radiotherapy after one month.Results： Response rate was 47.6% for patients treated with S-1 combined with 3DCRT.Pain remission rate was 81.0%.There was no treatment-related mortality or grade IV toxicity.The major toxic effects were leukopenia and nausea（Ⅰ-Ⅲ grade）.Conclusion： S-1 combined with three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy（3DCRT） is effective and tolerable in patients with locally advanced pancreatic carcinoma that can be recommended as an effective treatment for locally advanced pancreatic cancer.
