肝癌切除术后复发继自发性消退1例

Spontaneous regression of recurrent hepatocellular carcinoma after liver resection： a case report

摘要尽管绝大多数恶性肿瘤都表现出不受调控的过度生长，但在极少数情况下，也能够观察到恶性肿瘤自发性消退的临床现象。肝癌的自发性消退现象在所有的恶性肿瘤中更为少见。我们收治并随访1例肝癌切除术后复发又自发性消退的患者，现报道如下。
