单侧经皮椎体后凸成形术治疗多发性骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折 被引量:3

Percutaneous kyphoplasty through the unilateral unipedicular approach for osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures

摘要 采用经皮单侧球囊扩张椎体后凸成形术治疗老年多发性骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折27例,其中获得随访22例。分析22例手术效果,认为该方法治疗安全、有效,创伤小,并发症少。
