一株鸡源猪葡萄球菌的分离与鉴定 被引量:4

摘要 为进一步研究引起蛋鸡产蛋下降的病原菌的致病机理,本研究从患有输卵管炎的蛋鸡输卵管中分离到一株革兰氏阳性球菌,通过培养形态观察和生化试验进行初步鉴定,并采用PCR扩增其16S rRNA基因序列进行测序,与GenBank中登录的已知序列进行比对分析,结果显示该菌与猪葡萄球菌(Staphylococcus hyicus)在进化关系上的距离最近,同源性达到99.5%以上,表明该分离株为S.hyicus。并通过小鼠毒力试验和蛋鸡回归试验对该分离株的致病力研究,表明该菌对小鼠无致病性,但可以引起生殖系统病变,导致产蛋能力下降。 A Gram-positive coccus isolated from sick layer hen suffered ovariosalpingitis was studied for the pathogenicity in laying hen. The pathogenic bacteria was identified by morphology observation and biochemistry tests. Then, the partial 16S rRNA gene fragment was amplified and sequenced. The sequence analysis showed that it had 99.5% homology compared to Staphylococcus hyicus in GenBank, indicating it was belongs to S.hyicus. Virulence assays in murine model and layer hen demonstrated that the bacteria was not pathogenicity to mice, but pathogenicity to layer hen cursed ovariosalpingitis resulting in significantly reducing egg production.
