摘要 肠易激综合征(IBS)是一种以腹痛或腹部不适伴排便习惯改变为特征的功能性胃肠病,缺乏可解释症状的形态学和生化学异常,其病理生理学机制尚未完全明确。作为胃肠道与外界的直接联系,近年来食物在IBS中的作用受到广泛关注,为IBS的诊断和治疗提供了一条新思路。本文就食物因素在IBS中的研究进展作一综述。 Irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) is a functional gastrointestinal disorder characterized by abdominal pain and discomfort associated with altered bowel habits, and without any organic or biochemical abnormality that may explain the symptoms. The pathophysiology of IBS has not been clarified. As a direct factor interacting with outside environment, the effect of food on IBS has attracted more and more attention in recent years. This article reviewed the advances in study on food factor in IBS.
