摘要
本文分析了岳阳城市建设的优势及不足,依托需求理论和环境理论等基本理论,对岳阳宜居城市构成系统及其影响进行了研究,按照"发现问题——分析需求——构建体系"的技术路线,建立具有适合岳阳实际情况的宜居城市建设评价体系,通过评价体系提高人们对岳阳宜居性的辨识能力,反馈城市宜居建设问题和矛盾,据此提出对策建议,从而指导岳阳建设成为全面的可持续发展的宜居城市。
This paper analyzes the strengths and weaknesses of the Yueyang city construction, relying on the basic theory of demand theory and environmental theory, Yueyang livable city constitute the system and its impact, in accordance with the ＂demand problem--analysis--build system ＂ technologyroute, establish suitable for the actual situation of Yueyang of livable urban construction evaluation system, evaluation system to improve people of Yueyang livable identification capability, feedback livable city construction problems and contradictions, and put forward suggestions and guidance Yueyang construction becomecom prehensive sustainable development of livable cities.
