摘要
目的探讨在鼻内窥镜下行激光鼻泪管开口成形术治疗先天性泪囊炎的临床疗效。方法经保守治疗及其他方法治疗无效的先天性泪囊炎125例136只眼,采用KTP泪道激光机,在鼻内窥镜直视下射击鼻泪管开口处,造1个5mm大小出口,使其接近生理性出口,观察临床疗效及并发症。随访3～6个月。结果 125例136只眼中,治疗痊愈者123例134只眼(98.53%),好转2例2只眼(1.47%)。仅2例术中鼻腔少许出血,无其他手术并发症。结论鼻内窥镜直视下激光鼻泪管开口成形术治疗先天性泪囊炎,成功率高,并发症少,是保守治疗先天性泪囊炎无效后的首选方法之一。
Objective To evaluate the effect of intranasal endoscopic dacryocystorhinostomy with KTP laser in treatment of congenital daeryocystitis. Methods A total of 136 eyes of 125 patients with congenital dacryocystitis were treated by intranasal endoscopic dacryocystorhinostomy with KTP laser, they were failed with other therapeutic methods. All patients were followed up for 3 - 6 months. Results Altogether 134 eyes （98.53%） were cured; and 2 eyes （ 1.47% ） were improved after treatment. No serious complications had been observed. Conclusion The procedure of intranasal endoscopic dacryocystorhinostomy with KTP laser in treatment of congenital dacryocystitis is effective and safe.
