男性不育患者染色体核型与精液检测结果分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨染色体多态性与精子DNA损伤的关系。方法对265例男性不育患者进行精液常规分析、精浆生化、精子DNA碎片化指数(DFI)检测及染色体核型分析,根据DFI结果分为DFI正常组及DFI异常组,比较两组精液常规分析情况及染色体多态性检测情况。结果 DFI正常患者182例,DFI异常患者83例;两组患者精子活力、密度、畸形率、精浆果糖、酸性磷酸酶、a-糖苷酶差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);DFI正常组染色体多态性患者2例,约占1.1%,DFI异常组染色体多态性患者12例,约占14.5%;DFI异常组检出染色体多态性多于DFI正常组(P<0.05)。结论染色体多态性可能与男性生殖异常有关,与精子DNA损伤亦可能存在一定关系。 Objective To study the relationship between DNA impairment in sperms and chromosomal polymorphism. Methods Routine sperm analysis, examination of spermatic biochemical indices, sperm DNA fragmentation index (DFI) and cytogenetic karyotype analysis were performed in 265 male infertile patients. Results Among these 265 cases, 182 male infertile patients were normal in DFI, and 82 cases were abnormal in DFI, hut there was no difference in activity of sperms, density, teratogenetic rate, and levels of spermatic fructose, acid phosphatase and - glycosidase between these two groups. ( P 〉 0. 05 ). Chromosomal polymorphism had been found in 2 cases ( 1.1% ) of normal DFI group and 12 cases ( 14.5% ) in abnormal DFI group respectively. The occurrence of chromosomal polymorphism in abnormal DFI group was much higher than that of normal DFI group ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion Male infertility may he related to chromosomal polymorphism of sperms, and it may also be related to DNA impairment in sperms.
