两种不同切口行鼓膜置管术治疗分泌性中耳炎疗效分析 被引量：6

摘要 鼓膜置管术治疗慢性分泌性中耳炎（secretory otitis media,SOM）已广泛应用。我科自2007年6月～2011年6月针对＂一＂字切口和＂十＂字形切口（十字切口）两种方法置哑铃状通气管随机分组治疗并追踪随访,统计治疗148例,总结如下。
