脊髓脊膜结核的MRI表现 被引量：5

摘要 目的:分析脊髓脊膜结核的MRI表现。方法:回顾性分析经临床或病理证实的16例脊髓脊膜结核患者的MRI影像表现资料。结果:16例脊髓脊膜结核中,9例脊髓结核瘤,包括单纯性髓内结核瘤6例和粟粒性结核瘤3例;3例脊膜结核,其中1例合并结核性脊髓炎,1例合并硬膜外脓肿,另1例合并结核性硬膜下脓肿;4例脊髓脊膜结核。MRI平扫表现为脊髓增粗,局限或广泛、单发或多发片状长T1、长T2信号,增强扫描脊髓结核瘤表现为结节状、环形强化。脊膜结核表现为脊膜增厚、条带状强化。结核性硬膜下脓肿表现为椎管内脊髓后方扁豆状肿物,不规则强化。结论:MRI及其增强扫描,能准确、早期显示脊髓脊膜结核病变,为临床诊断和治疗提供帮助。
