摘要
本文对一种新致泻性大肠杆菌 :产志贺样毒素且具侵袭力大肠杆菌 (ESIEC)进行了调查研究。共检测不同来源的标本 90 8件 ,检出ESIEC菌株 10 4株 ,检出率为 11 4 5%。调查证实ESIEC菌株广泛存在于人体、外环境及动物体内 ,以腹泻患者检出率最高达 32 4 3 %。对 68株ESIEC菌株用irp - 2探针杂交阳性 8株占 11 7% ,进一步用irp - 2基因PCR鉴定阳性 5株占 7 4 % ,表明ESIEC是一类新的致腹泻的病原微生物 ,广泛存在于三峡地区 ,对ESIEC的研究具有重要的流行病学意义。
A new entero-SLT3 producing and diarrhea causing strain of E.coli ESIECwas studied. 908 samples from different sources were detected. 104 samples were identfied as ESIEC, the detected rate was 11.45%. It was confirmed that ESIEC strains existed widely in human, outside environment and animals. The highest rate was 32.43% in the diarrhea patients 8 strains were positive with irp-2 probe dehydration in ESIEC 68 strains, the positive rate was 11.7%. 5 strains were positive with irp-2 PCR identification, the positive rate was 7.4%. The results showed that ESIEC was a new diarrhea-causing microbe diarrhea, it exited widely in the areas of Sanxia, and it was important to the epidemiological study of ESIEC.
