摘要
目的 :全面考察姜制厚朴饮片质量。方法 :应用高效液相色谱法 ,以厚朴酚、和厚朴酚总量为质量指标 ,考察了姜制厚朴不同炮制方法、辅料的不同规格及加入与否对饮片质量的影响。结果 :以 10 %生姜汁炒干法质量最佳。结论 :为制定合理、规范的炮制工艺提供科学依据。
OBJECTIVE:To research quality of Cortex magnoliae prepared in small piece by singer.METHODS:To check different processed methods and different standards of adjuvants exerting a influence with magnolol content as an index by HPLC.RESULTS:It is a best with processed by singer.CONCLUSIONS:This research provides scientific basis in standard and retional of process technology of Cortex magnoliae.
