摘要
椎管内注入吗啡用于剖宫产术后镇痛,因其高效持久的镇痛效果得到临床广泛应用,但应用吗啡存在恶心、呕吐、皮肤瘙痒、呼吸抑制等阿片类不良反应。为了平衡镇痛效果与不良反应之间的关系,近年来,研究者针对剖宫产术后镇痛,对椎管内吗啡的用法、用量进行了深入研究。本文总结椎管内吗啡的给药方法与存在的问题,并列举影响镇痛效果的因素及改进措施。
Intraspinal morphine for postcesarean analgesia has been widely used because of the efficient and long-lasting analgesic effects.However,morphine has nausea,vomiting,pruritus,respiratory depression and other opioid-related side effects.In recent years,the dosage and medication of intraspinal morphine has been studied deeply,to balance the analgesic effects and side effects.This review summarizes the intraspinal morphine methods and problems,lists the factors that affect the analgesic effects and improving methods.
