内科急诊昏迷患者的病因分析 被引量：1

摘要 目的主要对急诊内科昏迷患者的病因进行分析。方法对2009年2月至2012年2月期间出现急性昏迷的358例患者进行了研究,其中男性为198例,女性为160例,年龄均在19~84岁之间,所有患者发病均不超过24h。结果所选取的患者中,导致发病占首位的为脑血管病,其次为各类中毒、呼吸系统疾病等。病死率达到8.37%。结论患者的发病原因直接影响预后,如能早期对病因进行诊断可以有效提高治疗效果,同时还可以有效降低病死率,大大提高救治的成功率。
