根管治疗术和干髓术治疗老年慢性牙髓炎的疗效对比 被引量：8

摘要 目的对比根管治疗术和干髓术治疗老年慢性牙髓炎的临床疗效。方法选择2009年2月至2010年5月在临床采用根管治疗术与干髓术治疗的老年慢性牙髓炎患者134例,随机分为治疗1组67例104颗患牙,给予干髓术治疗。治疗2组67例100颗患牙,给予根管治疗术治疗。结果术后1年治疗1组总有效率为95.19%,对照2组总有效率为96.00%,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。术后2年治疗1组总有效率为75.96%,对照2组总有效率为92.00%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论根管治疗术的远期疗效好于干髓术,值得临床应用。
