VSD负压封闭引流术临床应用的护理体会 被引量：5

摘要 目的总结骨伤科患者大面积软组织损伤,皮肤缺损并感染,骨筋膜间室综合征应用负压封闭引流术(VSD)的术前术后护理方法。方法回顾性分析我科自2007年1月至2011年5月实施VSD负压封闭式引流术治疗的150例骨伤科患者的治疗和护理方法。结果 150例患者经过精心护理全部病例创面愈合良好,效果满意,无并发症发生。结论采用负压封闭引流(VSD)术,可控制感染,减少次数换药,刺激肉芽组织生长,为组织皮瓣移植提供良好的条件,减轻患者的痛苦,预防并发症的发生。
