摘要
目的 :探讨三尖瓣下移畸形 (Ebstein’sanomaly ,EA)的彩色多普勒超声心动图 (CD UCG)显像。方法 :借助CD UCG多切面观察 13例EA病例 ,分析异同点以及手术各自中所见的关系。结果 :全组病例均经过手术证实诊断 ,手术方式亦有异同。结论 :CD UCG对EA诊断具有肯定的价值 ,对手术方式的选择有一定的指导意义。
Objective: To detect the image of color Doppler Ultrasonic Cardiography (CD UCG) on Ebstein's Anomaly (Ebstein's). Methods: 13 Ebstein's cases were examined by CD UCG on multiple views.Different and identical points were analized,and compared with the findings during the operations. Results: The diagnosis with CD UCG were further confirmed by the cardiac operations in total cases.The different operative methods were selected. Conclusion: CD UCG possesses the certain values for the diagnosis of Ebstein's,and is helpful to the selection of the different operative methods.
