摘要
目的探讨中医骨科康复方法对老年骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法选择我院2010年1月至2011年10月收治的120例老年骨性关节炎患者作为研究对象,将所有患者平均分为两组各有患者60例,药物治疗组给予布洛芬胶囊口服,疼痛剧烈者关节局部注射医用透明质酸钠;中医康复组给予针灸理疗、药浴、推拿、功能锻炼等中医综合治疗措施。结果药物组总有效率为81.7%,中医康复组总有效率为95.0%,两组比较P<0.05,有统计学意义。结论采用针灸理疗、药浴、推拿、功能锻炼等中医骨科康复方法治疗老年骨性关节炎方法简便、疗效突出、不良反应少,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To study the orthopedic rehabilitation methods of traditional Chinese medicine in older osteoarthritis clinical curative effect.Methods Choose our hospital from January 2010 to October 120 were in an elderly patients with osteoarthritis as the research object,all patients will average divided into two groups each have patients 60 cases,drug group given ibuprofen capsule oral,pain,joint local injections of the severe medical sodium hyaluronate;Traditional Chinese medicine therapy,acupuncture and rehabilitation were given medicine bath,the massage,the function of exercise comprehensive treatment for traditional Chinese medicine.Results The total effective rate of 81.7% of medicine,traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation group total effectiveness 95.0%,two groups of comparisons P 0.05,with a statistical significance.Conclusion The physical therapy,acupuncture and moxibustion,massage,functional exercise miraculous recovery methods of traditional Chinese medicine such as bone treat the old osteoarthritis method is simple,curative effect is prominent,the fewer side effects,and clinical application.
