摘要
目的在模拟口腔环境下,观察烤瓷熔附镍铬合金基底面经烧结后再抛光的电化学腐蚀行为。方法采用恒电位测量极化曲线法,测定经烤瓷烧结再抛光镍铬合金在人工唾液中的自腐蚀电流密度(Icorr)、极化电阻(Rp)与自腐蚀电位(Ecorr),并与未抛光组(对照组)进行比较分析。结果实验组镍铬合金自腐蚀电流密度为0.958μAcm-2,低于对照组4.881μAcm-2(P<0.05);而实验组极化电阻与自腐蚀电位均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论烤瓷熔附镍铬合金经烤瓷烧结后再抛光处理,能明显提高其耐腐蚀性能,降低腐蚀速率。
Objective To evaluate the corrosion behavior of fired Ni-Cr alloy after polishing in artificial saliva.Methods Electrochemical methods were used to measure the self-corrosion current density(Icorr),polarization resistance(Rp) and self-corrosion potential(Ecorr) of two subjects.And the polarization curves of them were recorded at the same time.Results The Icorr of polished Ni-Cr alloy(0.958μAcm-2) was lower than that of control group(4.881μAcm-2).However,the Rp(69.10 kΩcm2) and Ecorr(-276.19mv) of polished Ni-Cr alloy was higher than that were not polished(25.05 kΩcm2,-313.25 mv),(P0.05).Conclusion The corrosion resistance of fired Ni-Cr alloy after polishing was better than that were not,while the speed of corrosion was lower.
