摘要
目的:探讨超声引导下Mammot ome真空辅助乳腺微创旋切术治疗男性乳腺增生症的临床价值。方法:总结超声引导下Mammot ome微创旋切治疗21例37个男性乳腺增生症的疗效,并记录术后病理结果及其随访情况。结果:21例男性乳腺增生症37个增生腺体均被完全切除,2出现例皮下瘀血,术后3个月皮肤淤血自行消失。全部病例均未发生感染。全部病例均于术后3～12个月随访未发现残留腺体,乳房外形正常。结论:Mammot ome是一项创伤小、并发症少、安全有效的乳腺微创技术,对男性乳腺增生症腺体能够进行完全切除。
Objective To explore mammotome treatment for the gynaecomastia.of the clinical value. Methods Summary of 21 cases of 37 gynaecomastia underwent excision using ultrasound guided Mammotome,and the operative outcomes were retrospectively analyzed. Results 21 cases of 37 gynaecomastia Proliferative glands were completely excised without obvious scar, the postoperative complications were dermal ecchymosis 5 cases,the follow up for 3 months dermal ecchymosis Go away by themselves.All cases he, d no infection. All cases were followed up for 3-12 months did not find the residual glands, normal breast appearance. Conclusion Excision of gynaecomastia using ultrasound guided Mammotome vacuum device is minimally invasive,safe,feasible and suitable.It can excision multiple breast fibroadenoma cormpletely.
